1 hour session — £50
Face to Face Hypnotherapy Session
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is designed to address your individual needs, whether it’s managing stress, overcoming fears, or breaking habits.
£45 per session (available from December 2025)
Block booking of 4 Hypnotherapy Appointments £ 250 (available May 2026)
Save £50 when you book and pay for 4 sessions. Regular hypnotherapy appointments are 50 minutes long. (avalable from January 2026)
Stop smoking or vaping session
This is a single session that does not require an initial consultation.
£175 single session. 90 – 120 mins (available from May 2026)
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy sessions are held at this time online.
The Initial Consultation lasts approximately 40 - 50 minutes. You will also have access to the relaxation audio MP3 to use at home to supplement your sessions.
General therapy sessions typically take 8 sessions, sometimes more, sometimes less depending on the condition.
Specific phobias (e.g flying, spiders, heights). Typically take 3 sessions after the Initial consultation.
Counselling
In person: venue to be arranged or join me for a walk and talk session in Delamere Forest.
I can offer online counselling, this can either be via telephone sessions or video calls.
Following this, our first counselling session is scheduled and appropriate documentation will be sent out for your perusal and completion of information needed to begin counselling.
Each counselling session is 30 minutes long, and a fee of £35, which is made payable via bank transfer at the time of booking. I can extend this to 1 hour for additional fee.
The amount of counselling sessions provided can be as many or as few as you would like, alternatively, we can arrange a fixed number and review how you are feeling at the end of those sessions.
Cancellations
24 Hour Cancellation Policy – JD Therapy Services
Please note that JD Therapy Services operates a 24 hour cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the session time to another client who may be in need.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Missed appointments (no shows) will also be subject to the full session fee.
We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will always take individual circumstances into consideration.
