Healing in Motion
As a certified Hill and Moorland Leader (Mountain Training UK), I ensure every walk is carefully planned with your safety and comfort in mind. You don’t need any hiking experience, just comfortable footwear and a willingness to explore.
Walk and Talk Therapy combines the benefits of gentle movement, fresh air, and therapeutic conversation. Whether you're managing stress, working through life’s challenges, or simply seeking space to breathe and reflect, this approach offers a refreshing alternative to traditional indoor therapy.
Sessions take place outdoors, most often in the peaceful surroundings of Delamere Forest, where the natural environment helps ease pressure and encourages openness. Many clients find that walking side by side, rather than sitting face to face, makes it easier to talk freely and process emotions more naturally.
Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful this approach can be. Walking Therapy often leads to deeper insights, emotional release, and a stronger sense of clarity, helping you move forward both physically and emotionally.
🌿 Why Walk and Talk?
Blending movement with therapeutic conversation, Walk and Talk Therapy helps to:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Improve mood and mental clarity
Encourage openness and self reflection
Deepen your connection to nature and yourself
You can choose the session length that suits your needs:
50 minute session — £65
1 hour 40 minute session — £120
To ensure the safety and comfort of every client, I will complete a risk assessment for each new client before beginning Walk and Talk Therapy. This will help identify any potential concerns and ensure that the sessions are tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
